As the City of Jackson’s ATRIP-II project nears completion, a new traffic pattern is now in place:
- A temporary 3-way stop has been implemented on State Route 69 at the SR-69 north ramp.
- This configuration is expected to remain in effect for approximately three months while crews complete widening work on nearby ramps.
- The work is part of a roadway improvement project funded by ATRIP-II and the Rebuild Alabama Act.

The 3-way stop condition will remain in place for approximately three months while crews complete widening work on the nearby ramps.
Drivers should:
- Use caution when approaching the area.
- Observe all posted signage and obey traffic control devices.
- Watch for workers and expect changing traffic conditions during construction.
The Alabama Department of Transportation thanks the public for its patience as improvements continue to enhance safety and mobility.
