Newly constructed center turn lane highway on US-31 in Spanish Fort

The center turn lane project on US-31 in Spanish Fort, which started June 3, 2024, will be fully open to traffic beginning Monday, August 5, 2024, in time for the first day of school in Baldwin County. Permanent striping and signal detection work will follow in the coming days with alternate lane configurations.
