ALDOT UAS team takes flight at Crenshaw County STEM Camp

The Alabama Department of Transportation’s (ALDOT) Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) team took flight at the Crenshaw County schools STEM Camp this summer. Their mission? To spark a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education by showcasing the real-world applications of UAS.

UPDATE: ALDOT to resurface portion of SR-216 in Tuscaloosa County

The SR-216 resurfacing and guardrail installation project in Tuscaloosa County from the junction of SR-215 to the junction of Lock 17 Road in Brookwood will now take place Monday, July 29 due to a delay requested by the contractor.

The project was originally expected to begin July 15.
