November 18-22 is Crash Responder Safety Week

The railroad crossing on US-431 near the former Goodyear plant in Gadsden will undergo more than $1 million in upgrades when OmniTRAX begins work later this week.

January's winter storm created potholes on many routes, including parts of I-65 in Morgan County.

Several Alabama Department of Transportation operations will take place on I-65 in north Alabama this week, including hot mix pothole patching, guardrail repairs, and core sampling.
