ALDOT reopens US-231 following extensive sinkhole repair in St. Clair County

ALDOT excavated a sinkhole site on US-231 in St Clair County on Monday, November 3, 2025.

Talladega District overcomes sinkholes under hands-on Administrator

ALDOT's District 45 crew of about two dozen handle the state roadways in Talladega County.
